Lincoln Introduces the All-New Aviator

2019 Lincoln Aviator

What is the All-New Aviator?

Lincoln has recently made headlines for introducing the all-new Aviator, which is the first of many car models that the automaker plans to manufacture. The Aviator is considered to be a breakout crossover model that was first introduced at the New York Auto Show and will arrive on the market in 2019. The three-row crossover combines both elegance and durability to create a functional vehicle that is competitive with its rivals.

The 2019 Lincoln Aviator is a new version of the Ford vehicle but is built with a new rear-wheel-drive platform. The car is unique because it's now more sporty compared to other midsize crossovers but is still luxurious and upscale. Some of the top rivals of the new Lincoln include the Volvo XC90, Acura MDX, Audi Q7, and Infiniti QX60. Lincoln is in the process of revamping its brand and is working to have 90 percent of its vehicles be SUVs.

The vehicle's warm and personal attributes are what will attract consumers, including the quiet interior that is luxurious. The exterior is also more aggressive, which allows drivers to stand out on the road and have confidence driving a commanding vehicle. The Aviator features a tapering roofline, a spacious cabin, and horizontal design inside of the car.

A forward camera system is also installed and is included in the Lincoln Co-Pilot 360 with lane keeping system, reverse camera, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, auto high-beaming, and standard driver assist technologies. Drivers can also rely on their smartphones to open and start the vehicle at any time without the use of a key for added convenience when you're in a rush. Reverse brake assist also offers greater confidence and will reduce the risk of getting into an accident due to blind spots.

Inside of the vehicle, multiple USB ports are available for charging your smartphone or tablet. The front console also offers an ample amount of storage to stay organized and reduce the amount of clutter that develops. A wireless phone charger is an additional feature that prevents multiple cords from being present. Machine-turned aluminum, finely stitched leather on the seats, and brushed fabric also contribute to the beautiful design of the interior of the Lincoln and create a stunning design. Everything feels soft to the touch and looks regal, which enhances the overall appeal of the car and improves the driving experience. The controls and infotainment screen are also easy to reach and use, whether you're sitting in the passenger or driver's seat, which makes it easy to multi-task and make phone calls without becoming distracted.

The automaker is also working hard to attract buyers with specific sales tactics that include a pilot subscription service on 2017 Lincoln models and a Click to Purchase buying process that is easy to complete.

Although the cabin boasts a smooth ride, the vehicle doesn't compromise with the amount of power that is available. The SUV will feature a twin-turbocharged engine and built-in hybrid technology that reduces the cost of fuel.

The exterior of the Aviator is classic and contemporary, making it appear regal without trying too hard. Chrome trim is used around the windows, and elegant lines make it look as if the vehicle is soaring while it's in use. The exterior of the back of the car is bold with headlights that extend across the tailgate and make a statement.
